The intake form

The homepage form collects the website URL, email address, and note you enter. When email delivery is configured, the form sends that message to site.rehab through the site server and email provider. If automatic delivery fails, the form offers a pre-filled mail draft you can send from your own email instead; with JavaScript off, the form still submits directly to the site server.

What we keep

We keep intake messages and related correspondence for as long as needed to respond, provide requested work, maintain business records, or meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information.

Operational safeguards

The intake endpoint uses basic spam protection and rate limits so the form can stay useful for real prospects. The form does not create an account, public profile, automated scan, or fake report.

Analytics and browser storage

The main site uses Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics to understand page usage and improve the site. These tools may collect interaction, device, browser, and usage data. Demo sites may use local browser storage for interface preferences, such as remembering that you closed a demo notice. That local-storage information stays in your browser.
